Christie Mason Hebert is an associate with Johns & Counsel PLLC. Christie recently completed a two-year clerkship with the Honorable Sam Sparks, United States District Judge for the Western District of Texas. She served as one of two American Pegasus Scholars in London.
Christie graduated from the University of Texas School of Law with honors. During law school, she was an associate editor of the Texas Law Review and served as a teaching assistant for a year-long introductory course for first-year law students. She also acted as a student attorney for the school’s domestic violence clinic. Simultaneously, Christie obtained a master’s degree in public affairs from the Lyndon B. Johnson School of Public Affairs. For her capstone project, she created and taught a writing and critical thinking course to United States Army War College Fellows.
Before graduate school, Christie worked for the Salzburg Global Seminar in Salzburg, Austria, where she contributed to a series of conferences on topics ranging from the rule of law to innovation in health care. Christie obtained her undergraduate degree in economics from Davidson College in North Carolina.
